O webinar ACESSO A JUSTIÇA NO NOSSO MUNDO CONTEMPORÂNEO é um evento promovido e certificado pela Escola Superior da Magistratura Trabalhista da 6ª Região (ESMATRA6), pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Universidade Católica de Pernambuco (PPGD/UNICAP), pela Escola Nacional da Associação dos Magistrados da Justiça do Trabalho (ENAMATRA) e o International Law Program Boston College (Boston College Law), contando ainda com a participação na comissão de organização das seguintes instituições: ANAMATRA, AMATRA6, PPGD/PUC-Minas, PPGD/UFPE, IIBDT, LOGOS, APDT e ESMAPE.

O evento almeja abordar as múltiplas dimensões de acesso a justiça por meio da apresentação das perspectivas de expositores de várias partes do nosso planeta, contando com a participação de palestrantes de 17 países distintos. Serão homenageados no webinar três grandes ícones de Acesso a Justiça: Bryant Garth, Kazuo Watanabe e Geraldine Hines.

O webinar será realizado nos dias 10 e 11 de agosto de 2020, dividido em quatro módulos: Módulo 1 (segunda-feira, das 14:00 as 18:00 horas; Módulo 2 (segunda-feira, das 18:00 às 22:00 horas; Módulo 3 (terça-feira, das 14:00 às 18:00 horas); e Módulo 4 (terça-feira, das 18:00 às 22:00 horas).

As exposições realizadas na língua inglesa contarão com a tradução simultânea proporcionada por empresa contratada especialmente para o evento, sendo transmitidas por dois meios distintos: um com imagem e áudio original e outra, uma transmissão em canal do YouTube criado para o webinar, com áudio da tradução para o português das palestras expostas em língua inglesa.

Os inscritos receberão os links das transmissões antes do início do evento. O objetivo dessa fórmula é permitir o máximo de acessibilidade a todos os interessados.

E por falar em acessibilidade, o webinar apresenta as seguintes categorias de participação, cujos ingressos poderão ser adquiridos até o dia 05 de agosto de 2020 (FAÇAM LOGO SUAS INSCRIÇÕES):

Categoria 1 (Ingressos para Ouvintes Oficiais COM certificado) – Ingressos para Participantes Oficiais. São ingressos com uma taxa de certificação de R$20,00 (vinte reais), destinados aos interessados em participar do evento e frequentar a pelo menos 75% dos módulos do webinar (três dos quatro módulos) para receber ao final o certificado oficial do webinar, assinado por representantes das quatro instituições promotoras e certificadoras. O valor da taxa será utilizado para as despesas de certificação e de tradução simultânea. Não haverá reembolso se o inscrito não atingir a frequência mínima exigida para a emissão do certificado.

Categoria 2 (ingressos para Associados da ANAMATRA) – São ingressos gratuitos para os respectivos representantes, mas subsidiados pela associação. O inscrito nesta categoria que alcançar a frequência mínima de 75% do evento receberá ao final o certificado oficial do webinar. Vagas limitadas.

Categoria 3 (ingressos para Alunos PROUNI e Cotistas de Universidades Públicas) - São ingressos gratuitos para os respectivos alunos, mas subsidiados pelas instituições organizadoras do evento. O inscrito nesta categoria que alcançar a frequência mínima de 75% do evento receberá ao final o certificado oficial do webinar. Vagas limitadas.

Categoria 4 (Ingressos para Alunos das Especializações da ESMATRA6) - São ingressos gratuitos para os Alunos dos Cursos de Pós-Graduação da ESMATRA6 em dia com as mensalidades, subsidiados pela mencionada instituição de ensino. O inscrito nesta categoria que alcançar a frequência mínima de 75% do evento receberá ao final o certificado oficial do webinar. Vagas limitadas.

Categoria 5 (Ingressos para Ouvintes SEM certificado) - São ingressos gratuitos para as pessoas que desejam assistir ao evento sem a necessidade de registrar a sua presença e sem interesse em receber qualquer certificado. Os inscritos dessa categoria, portanto, não receberão o certificado oficial do evento. Vagas limitadas.

Categoria 6 (Ingressos para Pessoas que se Autodeclararem em Situação de Vulnerabilidade e/ou de Inidoneidade Econômica) - São ingressos gratuitos para as respectivos pessoas, mas subsidiados pelas instituições organizadoras do evento. O inscrito nesta categoria que alcançar a frequência mínima de 75% do evento receberá ao final o certificado oficial do webinar. Vagas limitadas.

Categoria 7 (Professores e Alunos do PPGD/UNICAP) - São ingressos gratuitos para os Professores e Alunos (mestrandos e doutorandos) do PPGD/UNICAP, subsidiados pela mencionada instituição de ensino. O inscrito nesta categoria que alcançar a frequência mínima de 75% do evento receberá ao final o certificado oficial do webinar. Vagas limitadas.

INFORMAÇÕES IMPORTANTES:

* Para os inscritos nas categorias 2, 4 e 7 (Associados da ANAMATRA, Alunos da ESMATRA6 e Professores/Alunos do PPGD/UNICAP), as respectivas instituições enviarão por e-mail o cupom de desconto que deverá ser utilizado para realizar a inscrição gratuita dentro desta categoria. Vagas limitadas.

Para todos os inscritos nas Categorias 1, 2, 3, 4 e 6, para garantir que o seu certificado chegará ao seu e-mail é necessário seguir as seguintes instruções:

- Ao entrar no evento, verifique onde está o link do formulário da “ata virtual” e registre a sua presença;

Os valores arrecadados dos ingressos das categorias 1, 3 e 4 destinam-se exclusivamente ao custeio da confecção dos certificados e das despesas com a empresa de tradução. Todos os palestrantes e os membros da comissão de organização participam do evento de forma gratuita (pro bono), sem qualquer contraprestação financeira. Após o início do evento, não haverá qualquer reembolso dos valores pagos.

ENGLISH VERSION

The ACCESS TO JUSTICE IN OUR CONTEMPORARY WORLD Webinar is an event promoted and certified by the 6th Superior School of Labor Judges of the 6^th Region (ESMATRA6), by the Postgraduate Program in Law of the Catholic University of Pernambuco (PPGD/UNICAP), by the National Associative School of Judges of Labor Justice (ENAMATRA) and the International Law Program of Boston College (Boston College Law), with the participation of the following institutions: ANAMATRA, AMATRA6, PPGD / PUC-Minas, PPGD / UFPE, IIBDT, LOGOS, APDT and ESMAPE.

The event aims to address the multiple dimensions of access to justice by presenting the perspectives of exhibitors from all parts of our planet, with the participation of speakers from 17 different countries. The webinar will pay tribute to three major icons of Access to Justice: Bryant Garth, Kazuo Watanabe and Geraldine Hines.

The webinar will be held on August 10th and 11th, 2020, having been divided into four modules: Module 1 (Monday, from 2 PM to 6 PM; Module 2 (Monday, from 6 PM to 10 PM); Module 3 (Tuesday, from 2 PM to 6 PM); and Module 4 (Tuesday, from 6 PM to 10 PM). All times considering the standard Brazilian Time Zone of Brasília.

The lectures in English will have simultaneous translation provided by a company specially hired for the event, being transmitted by two different means: one with original image and audio and the other, a transmission on a YouTube channel created for the webinar, with audio from the translation to portuguese of the lectures spoken in English. Subscribers will receive links to the broadcasts before the event starts. The purpose of this formula is to allow maximum accessibility for all interested parties.

And speaking of accessibility, the webinar presents the following categories of participation, whose tickets can be purchased until August 5, 2020 (ENROLL NOW!):

Category 1 - Tickets for Official Participants. These are tickets with a certification fee of R$ 20.00 (twenty reais), approximately four US dollars, intended for those interested in participating in the event and attending at least 75% of the Webinar modules (three of the four modules) to receive the official webinar certificate at the end. , signed by representatives of the four promoting and certifying institutions. The fee will be used for certification and simultaneous translation expenses. There will be no refund if the enrollee does not reach the minimum frequency required to issue the certificate.

Category 2 - Tickets for ANAMATRA Associates. These are free tickets for the respective members, but subsidized by the mentioned association. Those registered in this category who reach the minimum frequency of 75% of the event will receive the official webinar certificate at the end.

Category 3 - Tickets for PROUNI Students and Public University Affirmative Action Students. These are free tickets for the respective students, but subsidized by the event's organizing institutions. Those registered in this category who reach the minimum frequency of 75% of the event will receive the official webinar certificate at the end.

Category 4 - Tickets for ESMATRA6 Postgraduate Students. These are free tickets for students of the Specialization Courses of ESMATRA6 up to date with the school fees, subsidized by the aforementioned educational institution. Those registered in this category who reach the minimum frequency of 75% of the event will receive the official webinar certificate at the end.

Category 5 - Tickets for Guest Listeners. These are free tickets for people who wish to attend the event without the need to register their presence and without interest in receiving any certificate. Registrants in this category, therefore, will not receive the official event certificate.

Category 6 - Tickets for people who declare themselves in situations of vulnerability and / or economic disadvantage. These are free tickets for the respective citizens, but subsidized by the event's organizing institutions. Those registered in this category who reach the minimum frequency of 75% of the event will receive the official webinar certificate at the end.

Category 7 - Tickets for Professors and Students of Postgraduate Program in Law of the Catholic University of Pernambuco (PPGD/UNICAP). These are free tickets subsidized by the aforementioned educational institution. Those registered in this category who reach the minimum frequency of 75% of the event will receive the official webinar certificate at the end.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

For those enrolled in categories 2, 4 and 7 (Members of ANAMATRA, Students of the Specialization Courses of ESMATRA6 and Professors/Students of Postgraduate Program in Law of the Catholic University of Pernambuco (PPGD/UNICAP), the respective institutions will subsequently confirm the integration of each person enrolled in their respective tables.

For Category 3 enrollees (PROUNI and quota students), the registrant must send documentation proving the respective condition to the following email address: webinar_access_to_justice@esmatra6.org

For those enrolled in Category 6 (People who declare themselves to be in a Vulnerable Situation and/or Economic Disadvantage), the enrolled person must send a declaration of the respective condition to the following email address: webinar_access_to_justice@esmatra6.org

For all those enrolled in Categories 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, to ensure that your certificate will reach your email, you must follow the instructions below:

- Participate in at least 75% of the event (that is, attend at least three of the four modules);

- When entering the event, check where the link for the "virtual minutes" form is and register your presence;

The amounts collected for tickets in categories 1, 3 and 4 are intended exclusively to cover the production of certificates and expenses with the translation company.

All speakers and members of the organizing committee participate in the event for free (pro bono), without any financial consideration.

After the event starts, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.
